First In-Home Tuning Included
While your new piano is carefully tuned prior to delivery, we understand that every home environment is different. To ensure optimal performance, we include a complimentary in-home tuning, which can be scheduled at your convenience within the first 12 months of ownership. This added level of aftercare is a service not typically offered by most piano retailers.
Piano Stool & Digital Hygrometer Included
To maintain your piano's tuning stability and prevent sticking or slow-returning mechanical parts, including keys and jacks, it is advisable that the humidity in your room is kept within the optimal range. We supply a free digital hygrometer which continually checks the humidity and gives you and your piano tuner the information required.
Adjustable Height Piano Bench
To complete your package we include a Nocturne 'Maestro' solid wood piano adjustable-height piano stool fre of charge. Being adjustable, this piano stotol not only looks nice, it is also ideal for children and adults.
Manufacturer Approved Piano Workshop
Our fully-equipped piano workshop in Surrey is staffed by experienced technicians and approved by major manufacturers, allowing us to carry out servicing, repairs, and warranty work to factory standards.
Our workshop team also carries out repaiir and restoration work to private clients. With over 40 years experience in the piano restoration and manufacture trade, we have the expertise to restore your piano back to its former glory, making it a pleasure to play once again.
