Digital Piano Deliveries
Bonners is a specialist piano store and we are pleased to offer our experience, knowledge and advice to help you choose the right digital piano for your needs. To ensure our prices remain competitive with the online "non-specialist" companies, standard courier flatpack delivery to your front door is included in the price of all brand new cabinet style digital pianos*
Bonners offers three delivery options for cabinet style digital pianos:
*All delivery options stated on this page are for UK Mainland only. Delivery times quoted are subject to items being in stock at time of order. Delivery surcharges may apply to Scotland, Wales, Isle of Wight, Devon, and Cornwall. Please contact us for delivery quotes to these areas.
Bronze Delivery Service
Courier Delivery - Flatpack Box To Front Door (Specified Day)
This is our quickest delivery service but only choose this option if you have someone to help you move the piano from your front door step to your chosen room. Your piano will be delivered between 8am & 6pm Monday to Friday. We will contact you when we receive your order to arrange a convenient day, but we cannot specify the actual delivery time with this option. Be aware the box can weigh between 60kg & 120kg and the courier is not contracted to bring the box up any steps at the property.
Silver Delivery Service
Timed Delivery Service - Flatpack To Your Room Of ChoiceWe will contact you after receiving your order to pre-arrange a convenient delivery date which is usually 7-14 days from date of order. Our specialist delivery team will also call you in the morning on the delivery day (or sometimes the evening before) to give you a two hour time slot for delivery. They will deliver the boxed piano to the room of your choice, ready for you to assemble yourself. Timed delivery service is available from 8am - 6pm most days, subject to delivery schedule & route planning.
Room of choice includes upstairs delivery. If the piano will not fit up the stairs in its box, the driver(s) will remove the individual component parts from the carton and carry them upstairs individually, ready for you to assemble. The packaging will be left for you to dispose of.
Gold Delivery Service
Timed Delivery and In-Home Assembly Service
As a specialist digital piano retailer we prefer to deliver & install the pianos we supply - this ensures your new piano arrives safely and saves you the time and bother of assembling it yourself. Our premium gold delivery service is the very best! This service may not be available for some pianos in Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Cornwall, Ireland, North Of England above Leeds. Our experienced piano builders will assemble your piano in your home, take away & recycle the packaging and assemble the piano stool (if you purchased one!). We are able to offer our premium delivery & assembly service at a lower cost than online-only retailers because we have our own vans and experienced staff dedicated to delivering and installing pianos all over the country.
Collection & Disposal Of Old Pianos
We are able to arrange collection & disposal of your existing piano at the same time as delivery of a new piano. There is an additional charge for this, starting from £99. Please call us on 01323 639335 for a more precise quotation.

The weight can be anything from around 60KG to 120KG and we recommend that you will require at least two or three able-bodied persons to assist moving it to your room of choice.
Self Assembly Of Your Piano
Digital pianos are relatively simple to assemble. For the novice, it will usually take up to an hour to assemble the piano - from unpacking the instrument from the box to it being ready to play. Self assembly requires two able-bodied persons.
